Wife not working

I took a home router earlier this year the one for R399 so that's what even been paying, today my router was not working so I decided to call customer service and they told me it's be suspended because I owe 71 so asked them how because I did pay my monthly subscription on 26th of July she told me I was supposed to pay 400 and twenty samething how came because I pay 399 monthly she told me it's vat OK I decided to call the store and I explain my problem the lady who was assisting me then told me there was an increase which happened March like seriously how because I've been coming to the store to pay and no one has ever mentioned the increase part to me all of the sudden the was an increase mind you they don't debit on my account which is I don't know why until I found out today they put wrong banking details under my name on so disappointed in mtn and I even want to council my contact with you guys and you stuff they are not helpful
