Widow in need MTN is taking money from a deseased person

Very but very ****ed off. 😡😡With MTN.😡😡Is there anyone that can help me to maybe give me a head office number where I can go and sit in front of a manager or maybe if I am lucky the CEO of MTN to see if my **** gets sorted 13 months Is taking me to try and sort my two lines after my husband passed away. There is so many *********** people seating behind chairs at mtn that there shouldn’t be there. They keep transferring me to different departments. I have sent all Papers needed. Surely they don’t know what they doing. I have canceled this contract and they still charging me Last month I spoke to a lady and she said that both numbers have been put on prepaid. And they still Charging me 🙈 I have been buying data and air time since. But every time I phone there’s a different person and I have to repeat my story that I have been saying for over months Is there anyone competent enough to take this soooooo DIFFICULT case Dear GOD
