Wi-Fi not working after payment made

I made a payment of R240 towards my month to month contract on 02/03/2024. Yesterday I received my statement and it still states that I owe MTN R240. My Wi-Fi has been off since but payment was made I’m not impressed with the services and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. How am I still owing?
