Wi-Fi home router

I have a home Wi-Fi router with MTN, and let me tell you it’s the worst mistake I have ever made in my life. It is costly and very emotional taxing. MTN is the worse service provider. I had any debit order deducted at the end of the month as per usual and next thing yesterday they suspended my services and claimed there’s a fee I need to pay which I have all proof of the debit orders that have been deducting . I tried emailing their customer service department as well as WhatsApp which has been soo difficult, those agents don’t even know what they’re doing. Each and everyone of them had different stories to tell and different amounts I need to pay if I want my Wi-Fi to work. I’ve emailed and advised if I want to cancel what should I do and they have ignored that part.

This is my biggest regret. Don’t ever make the mistake of taking their services
