Why you should not contract with MTN

Employees mislead you on contracts. 1.MTN charges you for the incorrect contract concluded. 2.Nobody takes ownership and they will ensure you will never speak to the supervisor . They all protect each other. 3. I started my query with Lonwabo at the Cape Branch retentions department, before the actual amount went through. I was told I will be charged R149pm. MTN has charged me R525. This problem has been going on for 2 months. 4. According to Lonwabo this query was escalated to escalation department. 5. Lonwabo and escalation department have not come back to me, although numerous efforts on my side 6. I tried contacting MTN just about every day, with no luck. 7. Seems like this is how MTN stays in business by *****ing from their clients. 8. If you don't have MTN shares think twice to invest in them. 9. Can't see how they going to stay in business in the future. 10. I have no hope of recovering my money, nobody comes back. 11. Best to find another service provider if you don't want to be ****** and frustrated
