Why did you charge me R2499 after canceling your services ? And you can it "miscellaneous" what the hell ? What kind of audacity is this to just charge whatever amount when you have no right?

I returned your router with everything I got it with and not even damaged. Can you explain this ? Now I am being charged R50 for reversing this damn debit order
