Why sell something based on being unable to deliver?

Good day, I got a contract Sim from mtn on the basis of me being allowed to get a contract phone within a month this was in May 2026, now we in September and if you listen to the call your advisor promised that I would be able to upgrade my phone. If this is not possible please note that this new Sim contract is null and void and it was purchased on those basis. You are more than welcome to listen to the call if this can't be fixed I want out of this data Sim.
