Why samsung rewards? Is a combo deal I should get it as a combo at the same time!

Not happy that I have to claim my free gear fit 2 pro from a third party, I got the phone from you why not the gear fit 2 pro aswel? If I buy a car from VW with a sunroof and metalic paint, do I take the car somwhere els to get the paint and sunroof? Or do I order it with some app and wait a month to get it? This is bad service and if you have specials but can't deliver what do you have them? This will be my last time giving you my money and renewing and up grading with you if this is not resolved in a time frame that works for me! And it is not at branch level it is at buyer level they make the deals not the stores.
