Why offer a service you cannot fulfill?

On the 26/02/2018 I preordered the S9+. I got an email confirmation and as the email, I was informed that an MTN rep was going to contact me to conclude the deal. To Date no MTN rep contacted me. Can you please follow up on this? My reference number is ********** 31.
