So my house got broken into, phone ****** and that jazz that happens to good people lately.<br> <br> Bought myself a new phone at Foshini and wanted to do a sim swap to my old number, went to the Mtn store in Southgate and they were off line and said I should call 173 and they will help me. Called 173 answered the questions they ask and got a the new number is not yet on the system, give it 2 hours and call back. after 2 hours calling back, we offline, please call back tomorrow. Tomorrow called back just to hear, no we cant do a sim swap because you loaded R5 airtime on the phone. Please don't embarrass me, <br> <br> This is so *********** from MTn, I need my old number because everything in my life is related to that number, is there a reason why you being colder than usual this time.
