Why MTN why

I’ve been having problems with my number. First it was inactive now I can’t do anything with it. I can’t load airtime I can’t use WhatsApp I can’t call the customer service center. When you call the customer service call center with any number it sends you to business and the agents are rude even when tell them you keep on calling the prepaid line but it still takes me to them. The last one I spoke to now was so rude and told me she will not do anything to help she won’t even send an email to IT to say there’s problem.
