Why is the R199 40GB data package R398 a month?
I have been a client with you guys for almost 7 years and this is the first problem I have with MTN and I'm very disappointed due to this at MTN. I have taken on the new special running for R199 and get 20Gb night and day time data with.
I know that a double amount or almost double was taken off the first month for it which I understand or it was at least a pro-rata for the half-month plus a full month payment. Now I'm stuck on month 2 and I have to pay double again... Why do I have to pay R398 for an R199 40GB data package for the second month as well?
