Why is my account being debited when i've paid? and its more than the contract amount!!!

<p>I paid my account on the 26th of the month and I have been recieving notices that you will debit on the 31st. Well you tried and was reversed. Don't try again because I am not paying you more than my contract agreement.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your call centre is also useless. Lines are unclear after holding the line for half an hour. I'm not even sure why contract clients call a different number beause its also as useless as prepaid.</p> <p> </p> <p>Im very unimpressed. Cancelling this thing as soon as it expires. Emails to your customer service are responded to after a whole month!</p>
