Why is MTN still in business?

They overcharged me in January 2016, charged me R1500 for 20gigs of data I never requested, after contacting them a 1001 times for my refund, they refunded me twice and after a few days they handed the account over when I could not pay them back, I did not have to contact them 1 single time for that. It's now a few months later, I have settled their arrears for over 4 weeks, I want to cancel my contract with them, only no representative have any idea where the account was handed over to, I have tried a lot of numbers in the past 4 weeks, all are not working but only one worked which is MDB, but my account was not handed over to them. None of the 7 Representatives I spoke to knows the contact details for MTN legal department, how is that even possible? What kind of an organisation is this?
