Why is MTN SPAMMING US
Why does MTN feel obligated to send us ******* we did not ask for. Each time I recharge, I receive 5 to 6 sms'. I read several complains on HelloPeter urging MTN to stop spamming, and all they can say is \Send STOP to 34471/34472\". It is a disgusting behavior and lack of consideration for customers. If I want to see your promotion, I will go onto your website. Stop sending me sms' and rather improve your ****py service. Give me what I pay you for and stop harassing me. Remove me from this pathetic sms notification database and don't tell me to dial any 344* numbers because you obviously ignore it. You are not rendering the services you should be rendering but rather focusing your attention on harassing defenseless customers. STOP WITH THE SMS'"
We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service.
We will suggest that you simply dial *130*603# on your cell-phone and your number should then be removed from our marketing data base.
Once again we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
