Why is Mtn not informing us about their services?
I have got 4 accounts with the company, which i pay around R1800 per month, and i suddenly get a message saying that i oe the company R2800 which i then called and queried only to get a response that i had to set a usage limit for it even thou its not an open plan.....why wasnt this communicated at the branch before i even took the contract? why didnt i get billed for the two previous months of taking the contract? and the client service is not<br> even helpful

Kindly be advised that you short paid , when we calculate the amount from November plus December u will get R4607.74 minus R1800 that you paid iyou will get R2807.74 the reason the debit order didn't go through is because you're on cash payment plan not debit order ,so we couldn't send the debit order to go through.
We sincerely hope that the above is in order and hope that we are able to restore your faith in us.
