Why is MTN ignoring my legitimate complaint?

Why is MTN ignoring my legitimate complaint? Yesterday I posted a review on Hello Peter titled “Stop taking my money ********ly (my opinion)”. Frankly with the resources at MTN’s disposal it should not take longer than 1 hour to resolve my compliant. In summary, I purchased R100 airtime (pay as you go) through an Absa ATM. After making some phone calls of "very short duration" my balance was Nil, which is impossible. I want MTN to reimburse me for the unexpended portion of my airtime or must I approach the small claims court for compensation including punitive costs. Either way, it is proper that MTN display appropriate conduct and respond to my complaint.

Whose "Back round" application is this, you conveniently do not mention this. I only have 1 background application that installed itself on my smart phone without my consent and that application is an MTN app. I did not consent to this application, I did not download this application, I cant get rid this application, and this application always pops up when I'm out of range of my wifi connection and prompts me to "purchase data". You appear to be missing the point of my complaint. I purchased airtime for airtime, at no point in time did I ever give permission to use my airtime for data. This is what is going on. Please address the problem of how can my "airtime" be taken away. Everything points to the unsanctioned MTN app taking my airtime and using this for data without my permission, how else can my airtime be otherwise used up! I sincerely hope that none of you are religious, that would be incongruous. In my opinion you are clearly an ********* outfit of the highest calibre. Enjoy what comes to you.
