Why is a mission to do a sim swap???
Why is it so difficult to do a sim swap? i was asked lots of questions, surely you guys have my data base, u can see the numbers that i dial often, i gave 3 numbers, i gave my last airtime purchased, the last time i used that number, the model of the phone (that i lost) then they asked how long have i had that number for, how on earth can i remember the exact year i had that number. Can i get this resolved please, and the lady i spoke to gave me a very bad attitude, her exact words were \please think carefully of your answers and call us back"i mean like seriously MTN???"""
