Why don't you just bury your money?

It all started out in January 2016. With my expierence regarding MTN's number porting process I notifified MTN of my decision to let go of MTN once and for all and moving over to an other Service Provider. This is normally done a month before the date of expiration but I know MTN's post and emails gets delayed one way or another ( I guess we have a Post Office branch online as well ) all jokes aside. The month came when I wanted to port over and yet MTN (as expected ) did not complete my request and I had to wait for a month to stay on pay as you go so that they can get their admin going. Well the first month of my number being on the pay as you go price plan and I get this amazing notification from my bank that the original contract's price ( YES the one I already CANCELLED) is deducted from my account. What is going on!!?? I thought the contract has been cancelled seeing that I am a month on pay as you go already and did not receive my benefits for that month, now I had to pay for WHAT!?

I have another lovely story about my other two number I previously had to port, and I am glad to say that after all the struggle both of these numbers are now with Cell C and I don't even get as much spam messages as when I was with MTN.

I want my money to be payed back to me as with a previous incident they could not even transfer I airtime to my new SIM after I blocked the ****** SIM. The only solution they had in mind is to give me a new SIM, without transferring my R600+ airtime I had on the ****** SIM, which no one could use anymore. I can vouch for MTN, they only seem to care for their own wallet and as their slogan says: "Everywhere you(r wallet) go".

I am fed up for this kind of treat and would like someone to answer for what is going on and correct it as ASAP. I don't want to continue giving my money away on services you don't even receive.
