Why does anyone still use DSV couriers

So far good service and communication when I upgraded online, however my concern is with the courier service you use, I have had issues u the past with dsv couriers, they are rude and unhelpful, even their call centre has annoying sounds to keep you from staying on the line, please read their reviews on this website, I am worried I will not get my phone as there are many poor reviews and a few people have reported no working biometrics. I phoned today as the email I received 2 days ago with a tracking link didn't work, I phoned dsv and person I spoke to said it had only arrived at them today, further, she could not tell me when it would be delivered and would escalate it, please read their {DSV} reviews and stop using them!
