Why Do You Have Service Standards?

-100% Rating. Useless service. I stay in Phola, Mpumalanga. We've got coverage only for a few hours combined for more than 6 months. I've lost job offers because of this damn network...my number is always on voicemail. Service standards are not withheld...nobody is accountable for this poor service. I buy airtime and data..but cannot use it due to unavailability of the network all days. USESLESS...
