Why do i have to pay for their systems problems!!!

After signing up with Nashua Mobile for a R541.00 contract monthly, i picked up after 3 months of changing my contract that i was being billed for huge amounts i never agreed to. i addressed this with MTN who confirmed to me that my contract was loaded incorrectly when it was moved from Nashua and that they will correct everything.
it was a hustle to get that right, i then got a bill for R3452.00 that i now needed to pay them after not getting all the added value specs that came with the contract for almost 3 months (data/airtime). this is after they suspended my phone while i was busy preparing for my uncle's funeral. i went into one on the branches and was advised to reverse the debit order and changed me to a cash customer until they correct my correct because they owed me and not the other way round. now again this morning my phone gets suspended for what?? i queried the R1187.26 that's still showing and was told to ignore it they must correct it.

now while waiting for this to be corrected, i must put my daily routine on hold and try and solve this yet again!!!! whose fooling who here and what is the process i need to follow to cancel my contract and do away with MTN

Hello change2,

Thank you for your post

Apologies for the delayed response and inconvenience caused.

According to our records credit of R 2339 was passed 25/03/15 after the invoice of the 1st march, the next bill was high because of data charges of R749.00

Regards

Best regards,
