Why do I have to come to Hellopeter for MTN to listen???

I had a CAT 61 with MTN, due to complications I had to send the phone in multiple times. The MTN store ended up agreeing to refund me and cancel my contract provided I give back the phone and have it sent to the wharehouse. That was 2 months ago! My money hasn't been refunded and the contract hasn't been cancelled...Please get your act together MTN...
