Why do I have a credit limit???

<p>I am travelling overseas tonight and I have just found out I have a credit limit. The limit seems to be R10 more than my monthly bundle. After 20 years as a customer and NEVER missing ANY PAYMENT EVER, WHY do i have a credit limit? WHY does it take your cusotmer care area until next week to sort it out??</p> <p> </p> <p>Why is MTN so shockingly poor at this?? I need this sorted urgently</p>
