Why do I bother

On average I probably load about 1500 airtime a month on my prepaid numbers.. For the past damn 6 months I have had nothing but misery on my two Mtn numbers which at first I thought was a minor techinal problem to be fixed shortly but to date I sit with the same ****, I might as well migrate elsewhere after 16 years loyal service. My numbers tell me I have one minute remaining when I am sitting with a known comfortable positive airtime balance(no not your free wow balance) my own currency spent airtime and infact cut off on my calls. When it's not that, on initiating a call, useless network tells me I have no airtime to make a call though I can and am sitting on a positive balance of R100 plus, I've come up with a strategy to restart my phone each time any of these things happen however I can't exactly do this for eternity and NO, there is nothing wrong with my phones, they are modern smart phones which I've already taken in to get checked. Not to mention I've been called like 4 times already being promised to get couriered new LTE SIM cards which I still have not received a month later. It may be time for me to migrate elsewhere though the inconvenience will be huge. I am tired
