Why charged R2 a day, and some people can't phone me?
<p>I am on prepaid, and phoned 083173 to get some help.</p> <p>After 4 minutes of trying to navigate the menus, eventually it says press 0 for an operator. Why isn't that optio0n available on main menu...?</p> <p>Then I wait almost a minute, the line stays dead. No operator.</p> <p>My problem is 2-fold:</p> <p>1: Every day I am being charged R2 exactly, not sure what for. I am not subscribed to any subscriptions. Checked under *141*5#</p> <p>2. MANY people complain that when they try dial my number, it tells them that the no. they have dialed does not exist! And yet for other people, they don't have any problem phoning me.</p> <p>My no. is ********** 781</p>

I tried emailing, it seems that your email address might be wrong that you supp**** me, it keeps getting bounced.
I sent an email to AirG to cancel, let's hope they do it!
Also I got someone to retest phoning me, they say the number still comes up as not existing.
Note that this isn't from everyone, just some people.
The person who tried calling me was calling from a number ********** , in case you are able to use that to try trace the problem.
