I am in such disgust with your service! After 5 months of STILL struggling to get my contract cancelled and Alice van der Merwe of MTN ignoring my requests for feedback I am letting you know that this is the last month I am paying for this contract! I AM FINISHED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've tried playing nice, I've tried waiting, I've tried going through the channels, but you simply don't care!
