Why bother having a complaint/***** and social media contacts when nobody replies

I am trying to report and solve ***** on my old cell number. Despite using the normal emails and getting loads of reference number (which mean nothing, and they never reply) facebook and instagram, nobody bothers to reply or get back to you. MTN have to be without any doubt the worst ever
