Why Are you threatening me when I have Paid

So every month I pay my account religiously , NEVER EVER MISSED , NOT ONE. now I get a message say \Yello, Overdue account. Please Pay R85 to avoid Suspemsion, Make payment to .....\" and it states banks details .... tell you what .. cut me off , when the account is paid and we will see what the ombudsman has to say ... this is borderline ******ion. Sort it out or I cancel my contract and move to someone who knows what they doing"
