Why am I still paying

I was told to cancel a month to month router yiu have to go to the store. I went to The Reef Albermale MTN Store and Lebo dealt with my cancellation but a month later I just gut debited again What is goin on what will it take to cancel a router I haven’t been using for 4 months?
