Why am i Rica barred

Hello, i tried buying airtime twice and my money is gone, when i try to make an outgoing call,it says the service has been suspended because i am Rica barred. I dont understand how this can happen because i have not done anything out of the ordinary- that time I am heavily pregnant and I need to be able to call my Dr any day now, i cant even make it to MTN store
