Why am I being billed for Packet Switched Data Calls

Good day MTN Billing, please urgently advise why I am being billed for Packet Swicthed Data Calls? I have a TopUp contract with MTN...the very reason why I chose the TopUp contract is so that I can pay a fixed rate every month. When my data or any time minutes run out I purchase more recharge vouchers. In the last three months my bill has increased every month. As per the orginal contract I signed, I am suppose to pay R289 per month but this was just out of the blue increased last year to R299 per month without any notice and now it is has gone up to R300 this past month. If I wanted my monthly invoice for my mobile to fluctuate I wouldn't have signed for a TopUp contract. I am not a rich person and cannot afford for my monthly rate to change every month! Perhaps there is a logical explanation for all this and I would be happy to hear it. Thank you and kind regards, Margaret Curlewis
