why allow cell number theft/**** through unauthorised porting

it bothers me that you port my number again after I called a few days ago and mentioned that it was done **********ly. why would you allow any one to use your devices(SIM cards) without proper authentication and verification? from Friday I can't use my phone because you allowed someone to port my cellphone number without my authorisation

then when I call you throw all sorts of technological jargon on me - a bank would never switch a home loan of a client without the permission of the account holder.

It puzzles me why you allow porting so recklessly
