Wholesale Data Bundle Charges?
I am really getting Gatvol for the service we receive as an MTN customer, i have had issues with my contract billing for the last few months, this month i get billed Wholesale Data Bundle Charges Description: 0 bytes Amount R92.11 VAT R12.90 Total R105.01 so what the hell am i being billed for as i used 0 bytes of what ever it is????? + then the Data live stuff no one at MTN can tell me what it is (been billed for that a few months now between R 120 - R 200 for that and i still have no clue what it is as i use Wifi at work and at home? call your call center on hold for more than 30 minutes with no luck of anyone answering the phones and to top it all off i get an MMS statement of R570 the following day another MMS statement of R759.33 whats tomorrows amount going to be? +stating that my account is in arrears however my debit orders does go off so whats up with the billing\?"

We are truly sorry for the any inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service.
We've now perused your account and see that you've purchased additional once off data bundles. These purchases are then added to your account and debited at the end of the month with your subscription.
The amount of R759.33 is made up of your invoice dated the 13th of June 2015 and a short payment of R160.98 that has been carrying over & increasing since February 2015 due to your debits returning for insufficient funds.
Your payment method has been automatically changed to cash by our system as a security measure.
