WHO MUST I BRIBE THERE TO GET MY PAID UP LETTER?????

If I could rate you a ZERO i would. Where is my Paid up letter??? I settled my account in January and since then i have been sent from pillar to post by your call center and dont even tell me about that complaints e-mail address that only responds after a month. I am about to loose out on a job opportunity if I do not provide them with a paid up letter from you
