Who is M tel Service provider??

Out of no where M-Tel Service Provider appears on my credit profile and affecting my credit score. I took a contract with MTN for a P30 Hauwei for 499.00 which is debited from my account monthly. The M-Tel Service provide account is opened the exact same time I app**** for a contract with MTN showing R566 for the Balance and R566 for the installment. I have agreed to no extra charges other than R499 and I have no dealings with M-Tel Service Provider. I want proof From MTN that my instalment is R499 monthly other than the documentation I already have. and I would like to know how M Tel Service provider got access to my personal details???? Ps I will not renew my contract with MTN ever.
