Who is *****ing my money through my MTN account without my permission.

I have a spare company phone that gets used only for contact with my driver, the next minute they are charging me an extra 3 rand a day for something I know was never purchased. I contacted them and asked what was going on, they said that I had to change it on my app. I did this and this month they deducted it again. I asked them again and they said now I have to change the limits on the app to 0. It's not the money but the principle of this that I want my money back. They said a supervisor to call me, still waiting. I am now of the opinion that either MTN or a 3rd party is soliciting money from their clients without permission. I find this unacceptable. I would like to reiterate, I do not subscribe to any 3rd party provider. I think I'm being ****med.
