Who does your planning or policy write ups

On Friday the 13th MTN nation wide had a good deal going , my friend decided that he wanted part of it and we ended up going to the mall (canal walk). We waited in line for what seems forever but it wasnt all that bad cause it was going fairly quick. When it was my friends turn he asked me to go with him to sort out all the paper work and choices. The consultant was friend and was drained you could see the staff were trying their best to help everyone. So the consultant took my friends id and picked up that 5 - 6 years back he app**** for a contract with MTN but never accepted it and he was there for a brand new one , so according to us he completed all the docs etc and before we knew it we were done out and out the store. Upon reaching home he saw his documentation was captured incorrectly and it might cause a problem with approval so we contacted the store on Saturday morning and told them and they told us they waiting on the vetting department , we also contact MTN's facebook account the responded yes but also said it will take up to 10 days to sort out this mess. My complaint is , is this the way MTN welcomes their new client by messing up and giving unrealistic time frames as if the clients fault i would like to be contacted by someone who is willing to help and take charge of the matter and not the ok we understand person.
