Thank you for your request.
Cell number *** has been converted to pre-paid, before the transfer can be done to your wife name, the account need to be changed from pre-paid to contract. We have sent the request to our cancellation department to assist with the request.
Once the cell number has been converted to contract, we can send to you the transfer application.
Cell *** can upgrade you can visit any MTN dealership to assist you with the upgrade.
