Whitney Ngubane (cancellation)

MTN is by far the worst and terrible service provider. I have been billed for 3 consecutive months after i have cancelled my contract and followed all the required steps to do so, this includes me returning the router back to the store. communication was sent advising the router was received and in good condition however the contract is still active. Emails with proof has been sent from one agent to another with no progress. Whitney from the query team, Ntsako, Jabulile.....pathetic. the worst service ever, they have been sitting on that query for more than 2 months and till this day no one has been assigned to cancel the policy.
