Whitelist my phone

My cellphone was blocked on the 28/05/2023. I went to an MTN branch and I was told to get a sim swap so I did. Still my phone was not working and then they said my chip is probably damaged so I sent in claim forms to my insurance when I went to get an assessment for the phone I found out my phone was blacklisted. I went back to MTN and they said they couldn’t assist me because it was blocked by MTN. It’s been 2 weeks and my issue is not resolved. I’m really upset because every month MTN takes their money but when it’s to sort my issues out they beat around the bush 😡😡 I pay for insurance, I pay my contract every month without fail. I refuse to pay for a phone that is not functioning. This is absolute ******* 🚮🚮🚮my contract is with MTN they should go after vodacom to sort this out.
