White man calls me crazy in Afrikaans.

I visited the MTN branch in St Peter's Square to do a sim swop for my prepaid number to be used on my contract sim card . I was assisted by sale consultant Forester Barnes who conducted a sim swop but not from my previous number. Instead, he sim swoped my contract number to my contract sim card (which I was already using). When I asked him why, he failed to explain that one cannot sim swop a prepaid number to a contract sim card and refused to give me back my money at first. He then proceeded to say to his colleague next to him (in Afrikaans) "hierdie een is 'n Mal een." while he abruptly stood from his chair. I then asked him to repeat himself and he pretended to not have called me crazy in Afrikaans (which I am fluent in). He stormed off to the back office and I asked the other consultant to get the manager. The store manager Liesle Classman came to speak to me and try to explain why the swim swap was done the way it was done. I told Liesle that I understood what she was saying but I told that Forrester did not listen to my request and hence did the wrong thing. I told Liesle that her sales consultant called me crazy and the fact that he is a white man and a I'm a black woman heightened my fury. Liesle apologized on behalf of the store. Forrester took cash out of the drawer as a refund but he showed no remorse with what he said, he was arrogant and rude till the end. I AM LIVID. I AM BEYOND ****ED.
