Had taken a 24 month FIxed LTE 400gb in 2021 the contract was due to end April 2023, on the 31st of match I call in tho serve notice that I will not be renewing, want no extention, I want to end the contract, I am given a reference number *** and am told that the notice will be loaded between 1- 30 days meaning by the end of April 2023 MTN will update their system that I am not a customer anymore and stop decutions. I called in this morning (30/05/2023) to enquire why my 699/month bill is now R858-00 on the last month- the lady tells me that MTN sent out a notice for price increases, when I enquired about hte status of my cancellation i was informed the retentions department did not get to it.
