Which IMEI number is the correct one
Mtn assured me that the IMEI number *** doesn't correspond with the Huawei Y5 that is insured by Holard insurance, and the correct IMEI number of the same phone is *** and they used it to give me the Itc number which I have already pro ides my insurance company which is the IMEI number I took a screenshot of from the same phone soon after I relaized that the IMEI number was different from the one "pasted" on the box, with the following reference numbers mtn kept telling me the same thing(***,***,***, ***,***,***).... But the insurance company keeps turning down my claim because they are forcing me to get a Itc number using the IMEI number of the phone I never owned or used... With the following information Mtn can you please assist and prove to my insurance company which of the above IMEI numbers match with ***,***, ID ***, Paul Mathe, the lost device is Huawei Y5 white)... And of possible can you please provide details of this estrange IMEI number (***) who it belongs to,apparently the device belonging to that IMEI number is still not blocked while you provided me the Itc number using the above details, I need all that information to be handed to my insurance company because even after giving them the Itc nunber and the Ref nunbers provided by you the Holard insurance is still pending my claim and want me to get the ITC number using the ***.... How can I get an Itc number of the IMEI nunber that belongs to a phone I never used, according to what you told me the correct IMEI nunber is ***. Please I am tired of being sent from Pilar to post by Holard insurance because they're scared to face you to get the truth that will make them pay for my lost device, and on top of that they're still deducting money from money account for the same device that came with non matching IMEI nunbers which was provided by their own suplier.
