Which IMEI belongs to my lost phone between the one on the box and the one I found when I dialed *#06#
Mtn is not helping me in stepping in to resolve the matter between me and my insurance company regarding the IMEI number that I found on the phone and the one on the box.

29 Oct 2019, 08:30I did that but the proof is only verbal and my insurance company want a written proof despite the call reference numbers I got from MTN, please step in and given me all the proof needed for them to see which IMEI number is linked to my lost phone Huawei Y5.
