Where's my refund MTN?

I requested a refund for overcharging me for a device that was out of contract.

I have subsequently received an SMS asking for banking details and copy of my id to claim my refund but there is no email address for where I can send this information.

Speaking to MTN on twitter has also resulted in read messages without replies!
