Where the Hell is my phone?

On the 27th of March I was called by a call center agent, Jeetendra Chiba who offered me a good deal on an upgrade, the sony z5 xperia. I accept the upgrade and I am still waiting for the device. Jeetendra has been very helpful with trying to get information but by the sounds of things, neither his supervisor or the warehouse manager seem to be capable to sending out a simple cellphone for delivery. Please understand my frustration as its been three weeks since I've upgraded and have yet to receive my phone. One more week and it will be a month. I'm paying for a phone I don't have. I have 30 gigs of data I cannot use to download anything onto the device I'm supposed to have and worst of all I have no indication of when my cellphone will arrive or where it is. I've been a customer for 5 years now. This is a waste of my time, resources and energy. I'm tired of hearing "We're sorry for the inconvience." Just sort out the damn issue coz this experience has left me annoyed, frustrated and just angry and that's not fair to me who pays a ****ing bill every month. Do something to make this right.

Tyrone Govender.

Well it's been 8 days and I still don't have the phone so clearly you guys are incapable of solving ****. And no my faith in MTN is in no way restored. I should have signed with Telkom mobile when I had the chance. Is there anyway I can get out of this?
