Where's my AIRTIME???
<p>I have called mtn over and over about my disappearing airtime and one time I was told that I have airtime even though my balance enquiry said I had R0.00 now I Still have a positive balance on my data, I've made NO phone calls but my AIRTIME is steadily decreasing. I'm getting tired of calling for the same thing </p>

Kindly be advised your usage was validated for the period of 01 December 2016 till 22 December 2016, we note that there are multiple internet applications running simultaneously on your Xperia device hence the depletion of the data bundles and airtime. Please note that due to multiple internet applications running simultaneously some applications will deplete from the airtime and others will deplete from the data bundles.
The reason your balance would reflect as R00.00 yet after refreshing is shows the correct balance it is due to the internet applications you did not close, the airtime gets reserved for internet usage. To remedy the issue you need to minimize the number of applications running or turn the flight mode off and on again or reboot the device.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
