WHERE IS THE REST OF MY MONEY?

Good day Early this week I posted on Hellopeter about the same company MTN about them taking money out of my account! I got a call from them yesterday saying that they have approved the reversal of my money and that I should receive it shortly. I got a notification on my Phone that money had been paid into my account, my problem is that only a portion of my money was returned, WHERE IS THE REST OF IT?
