Where is my upgrade???????????????????????????

Hi Finally got my upgrade sorted out and done. They send me an order number and told me to wait for the courier to contact me, I have been waiting since 1st July and NOTHING. No phone call nothing. I call in to MTN daily and they keep saying the same thing, wait for someone to call you for delivery. 9 days!!! What is going on? Seriously MTN why does everything have to be a struggle with you. Do you even know what customer service is. Can someone please just tell when i will get delivery of my upgrade!!!!! Order number: ***
